TDA providers must meet strict qualification standards before activation. We credential every provider in our network to ensure participant safety and regulatory compliance.

Active California business license
Commercial auto liability insurance (min $1M/occurrence)
General liability insurance
Workers' compensation coverage
Valid DMV registrations for all vehicles
CHP inspection clearance
ADA-compliant vehicles (wheelchair, lift-equipped)
Drug and alcohol testing program
Driver background clearance (DOJ Live Scan)
CPR/First Aid certification
